We would like to thank you for making our home-building experience quite pleasant. We took a lot of time before deciding to settle in the Commons, and were equally cautious in our choice of builders.

As you know, our move to Houston was due to a corporate office relocation; therefore, many of our colleagues moved here at the same time we did. Out of those who chose to build, very few people have good things to say about their builders – it seems to be a given fact that building a home is a trying, unpleasant experience.

I am happy to state that our experience was quite the opposite, thanks to Randy Nance. He was always available, returned phone calls promptly, and quickly took care of any problems that arose. Even though he had several projects going simultaneously, we always felt assured that he would take care of whatever it was we were calling about, and indeed he did. Best of all, this has continued as minor problems have come up since we moved in.

Our situation had the potential to be particularly stressful because as a couple, we were living in different states while our home was being built. It was very important to us to have a good relationship with our builder and also to be able to trust that the quality of work and materials used would meet our expectations.

Assuming that Randy is representative of the type of service delivered by SDG, if we had to do it over again we would not choose another builder.

We would be happy to recommend SDG as a builder to anyone who desires a pleasant home-building experience, as well as a high-quality end product.
